FURTHER INFORMATION for Holiday Accommodation
Rental periods: Guthrie Court is offered on a flexible
basis, generally by the week from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, as a holiday let. If you have other requirements, please
ask and if possible we will do our best to accommodate you.
Electricity, etc: Electricity, heating, bedlinen and towels are included in the price.
Payment details and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 25%
is required on booking, payable by cheque or bank transfer. This will only be refunded if the week can be re-let. The
balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. We recommend that a Cancellation Policy be taken out.
Smoking: Our properties are non smoking.
Pets: Please contact us if you wish to bring a pet.
