for easy access to the many wonderful tourist attractions in this area of Scotland. The scenic splendour of Perthshire, the
Highlands, The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and Fife are all easily reached and there are many varied attractions
to enjoy, both historic and modern.
Visit SCOTLAND during HOMECOMING 2009, running from January 2009, the 250th anniversary of Robert

For those who like an active holiday, there are many activities within easy reach such as walking, riding, carriage
driving, off-road driving, cycling, salmon and trout fishing, shooting, falconry and, of course, GOLF.
Guthrie Court is the ideal location for a golfing holiday, suited
to both families and groups of friends. As well as the superb championship golf courses at The Gleneagles Hotel
and Golf Resort, the venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup and the
annual Johnny Walker Championship, part of
The European Tour and formerly known as the Diageo Championship, there are many more excellent golf courses within a short drive and both St Andrews and Carnoustie
can be reached in around an hour. St Andrews is, of course, an Open Championship course and the
home of the Dunhill Links Championship in October each year. St Andrews
was also host to the Women's British Open in 2007, the first time this event has been held
in the Home of Golf. The Open of 2007 was held at Carnoustie while the 2009 Open
is at Turnberry.
The new ferry link from Zebrugge to Rosyth makes travelling from Europe very easy, ensuring you arrive at your holiday
destination refreshed and ready to enjoy your visit. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are just over an hour away.
Guthrie Court, Gleneagles has ample private parking and the apartment has its own garage
which is available for use if required and particularly by any classic or vintage car or motorbike
enthusiast!
We aim to be flexible so if you are interested in a longer let during off peak times please contact
us to discuss terms ( a substantial discount can be given) and check availability.
We also have a choice of two bedroom flats in various areas of Perthshire, Fife, Stirlingshire, Falkirk and

We currently have available a luxurious 3 bedroom apartment in Guthrie Court next to The Gleneagles
Hotel and Golf Resort, host to the G8 Summit in July 2005. This apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey small development and
has a balcony overlooking the wooded grounds of the Gleneagles Hotel and The British School of Falconry.

Both properties are fully equipped with everything you might need and provide a comfortable home
from home. All you need to bring is yourselves!
Properties To Let
Our apartment in Bridge of Allan is available primarily on a six month short assured tenancy basis
and is convenient for Stirling University. This apartment is fully furnished and is let.
In Tillicoultry we have a two bedroom fully furnished flat which is located in the centre of the
village and is available to rent on a six month short assured tenancy basis. This flat is currently let.
Dovehill in Alloa is a two bedroom upper cottage flat in a private development with lovely views over Alloa
looking towards the Forth Road Bridge. This is an unfurnished apartment and is also let.
We also have a two bedroom furnished flat in Perth close to the city centre. This is a particularly
convenient location for a wide range of tenants. This apartment is currently let.
Telford Court in Bannockburn, Stirling, is a spacious two bedroom furnished apartment in a peaceful
setting with a lovely outlook over the Bannock Burn. This apartment is let.
Farm Court in Anstruther is a very nice two bedroom apartment in a quiet courtyard setting just minutes from
the harbour. The apartment is fully furnished and is currently let.
Parkview Court in Camelon, Falkirk, is a spacious two bedroom elevated ground floor apartment overlooking
a park just a few minutes from Falkirk town centre. This flat is fully furnished, has private parking and is currently
occupied.
Arns Grove, Alloa, is a fully furnished one bedroom upper cottage flat in a very nice residential area just
off Claremont. This flat is ideal for a single person and has parking, This flat is currently let.
